In addition to the 2 kinds of Owners at Ampled, there is an additional stakeholder class called Community Members. Community Members elect 3 representatives to the 9 seat Board of Directors.
Any person may become a Community Member by completing the following requirements:
Supporting Ampled via the Ampled Community Page for $3/month or more.
Aligning and agreeing: Committing to the Charter in these Bylaws
Community Membership will be suspended by any of the following;
In the case of a Community Member, they cancel their ongoing support, or if their payment fails.
In the case of a Community Member, suspended Ownership will be reinstated after:
Resupporting Ampled via the Ampled Community Page for $3/month or more.
